1. Information we collect

When you submit a project request or order, we may collect your name, company or brand, business contact details, role, product URL, target market, project type, timing, budget, available materials and the requirements you provide. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy policies; we do not ask you to send card numbers or passwords by email.

2. How we use information

We use information to assess fit, prepare scope and quote drafts, communicate about a project, verify orders and payments, deliver confirmed work, maintain business records, prevent duplicate submissions and respect opt-out requests.

3. Hosting and service providers

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and security. Project requests may be stored in our Feishu CRM and processed by authorized staff and controlled internal workflows. Payment, contracting and delivery providers may process information needed to complete an order.

4. Retention and security

We retain information for project communication, contract performance, accounting, audit and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed unless a longer period is required by law. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.

5. International processing

Because we serve international customers, information may be processed outside your country by hosting, CRM, payment, contracting or delivery providers. We do not sell personal information.

6. Your choices

You may ask us to stop follow-up messages, or request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Contact [email protected]. We may retain a limited suppression record after an opt-out so that we do not contact you again.
